本案例以一所学校的备课组为单位,呈现基于教研协作提升教师测评素养的实践案例。备课组以优诊学诊断平台为依托,开展基于诊断测评的教学改进。在开展研究的过程中,始终以备课组为单位开展研究。在测试环节,采取集体商定测评内容;在数据解读与分析环节,采取个人解读任教班级数据和小组分享诊断的形式;在教学改进环节,实行集体商量对策,集体学习测评及教学理论知识,课题组成员定期献课,成员观摩学习,互相借鉴学习,提出改进意见。在开展课题研究的一学期中,课题组成员的测评意识得到明显提升,测评知识进一步优化,测评手段更加丰富多样,测评能力得到明显提升。
